The future depends on what you do today
What if the journey is not so much about becoming anything. Perhaps it is about un-becoming everything that is not really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.
Why ALULA BLU?
ALULA BLU is committed to bringing affordable mental health and counselling services to Cootamundra, and surrounding areas. ALULA BLU is driven to offer support to all individuals suffering with mental health issues, stress, and/or general overwhelm.
This mental health service is owned and operated by a Cootamundra local resident who plans to remain here for years to come. Now isn't that commitment?
ALULA BLU, a service title to live by.
A term taken from the anatomy of a bird’s wing, ALULA refers to a small structure of feathers that aid a bird in flight and navigation. If damaged, the bird cannot fly correctly. Apply to an individual’s mental health, along with the colour of deep emotion (BLU), we have the premise of ‘navigating one’s deep emotion’.

A message from ALULA BLU
Hey you,
I know it's hard. But listen...
Deep emotion is fundamental to the human condition, but sometimes it is not an easy thing to navigate, particularly alone. There is no shame in feeling deep emotion; there is no shame in seeking help. We all feel, albeit we all feel differently.
At ALULA BLU, your mental health plan is specifically tailored to help you and your requirements, at your pace.
It is important to remember that counselling does not reciprocate a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. And if AB is not for you, that is okay. I can help there too.
I am here to listen, to support your needs and help you get back on track so that you can continue building, and living the meaningful life you intended!
Take a deep breath. It's all going to be okay!
You've got this.
Pippa
